Lead recovery for Triangle service businesses

Every missed call is a customer you already paid for.

CHRD installs a done-for-you system that texts back every missed call in 60 seconds, follows up on every quote for 14 days, and shows you exactly which marketing brings in new business. Live in 10 business days.

Founding price:  $2,500  for my first few Triangle clients — in exchange for a testimonial and results I can point to.

Hi, this is Asa's Plumbing — sorry we missed you! We're with a customer right now. Reply here or we'll call you back within the hour. What can we help with?

The leak

You're paying for the phone to ring. Then nobody catches the call.

01

The call rings out

You're with a client or out on a job. The call hits voicemail, the caller hangs up, and they dial the next business on Google. No callback, no second chance.

02

The quote goes quiet

You send the estimate and… nothing. No reminder, no nudge, no system. Good work dies in an inbox because follow-up depends on somebody remembering.

03

The ad money vanishes

Which channel actually booked last month's work — Google, LSAs, referrals? Without source tracking, you're reinvesting your ad budget on a guess.

The math

Don't take my word for it. Take yours.

Plug in your own numbers. Even a handful of missed calls a month adds up faster than most owners expect.

Revenue walking out the door
$12,800
per month — roughly $153,600 a year
8 calls × 40% × $4,000 = $12,800 a month. Recover even a third of that and this system pays for itself many times over.
Pressure-test it with me — free

A rough estimate, not a promise. But it's your math, not mine.

The system

Eight pieces.
Zero software to learn.

No bloated platform, no six-month project. The handful of automations that actually move revenue — built, tested, and handed to your team.

№ 1

Missed-call text-back

The moment a call is missed, the caller gets a text within 60 seconds — so they stay yours instead of dialing your competitor.

№ 2

Automated quote follow-up

Every estimate triggers a polite reminder sequence over 14 days. No more relying on memory to chase work you've already quoted.

№ 3

Lead source tracking

Unique tracking numbers per marketing channel, so you know exactly which ads and referrals turn into paying customers.

№ 4

Compliant texting, done right

I handle A2P 10DLC carrier registration and consent, so your messages actually deliver — and don't create liability.

№ 5

CRM & pipeline setup

A clean, simple pipeline in the tool that fits you — HubSpot Free, Pipedrive, your existing CRM, or a well-built Google Sheet.

№ 6

Leads → revenue dashboard

One view of where leads come from, how many convert, and what each source earns. Finally, real numbers.

№ 7

Live training + written SOPs

A 60–90 minute training plus SOPs so your team owns the system. You're never dependent on me to keep it running.

№ 8

One accountable person

You work directly with me, start to finish — not a rotating support queue. If something needs fixing, you know who to call.

"Can't I just buy the software?"

Sure. Here's how that usually goes.

The 60-second text-back is a stock feature in tools like GoHighLevel. The software was never the hard part — getting it configured, compliant, and actually used is.

Do it yourself

$200+/month, and a project on your desk

  • You configure it yourself, between service calls
  • Generic setup with no local or industry context
  • You handle A2P 10DLC registration & TCPA consent
  • It sits half-finished after week two
  • Your team never gets trained, so they don't use it
  • When it breaks, you're on hold with support

The build

Ten business days, start to live.

Days 1–2

Audit

A short call to map how leads come in today and where they slip. I pinpoint the highest-ROI fixes and get access to your accounts.

Days 3–6

Build

Text-back, follow-up sequences, tracking, pipeline, and carrier-compliant texting — all set up behind the scenes, no disruption to your team.

Days 7–9

Test

We run real scenarios end to end, so every automation fires correctly before it ever touches a live customer.

Day 10

Train & go live

Your team gets live training and written SOPs, the system goes live, and you start catching leads immediately.

Your total time investment: about two hours of meetings.
Everything else is on me.

Pricing

Setup gets it live. Stewardship keeps it earning.

A one-time build to install your system — then light monthly stewardship to keep it tuned. These systems drift and break over time; most clients keep stewardship on so theirs doesn't.

Why two prices on the Leak Fix? $2,500 is the founding rate for my first few Triangle clients; it moves to $3,500 once those spots are filled. Not sure which package fits? Book a call and I'll tell you straight — even if the answer is "you don't need me yet."

"CHRD is new as its own business, and I won't pretend otherwise. My first few Triangle clients get senior-level revenue operations work at a founding rate — and in exchange, they become the proof. When the proof exists, the price goes up."

I WORK
FREE

Everything live in 10 business days — or I keep working for free until it is.

Once I have access to your accounts, the clock starts. If your full system isn't up and running within 10 business days, I keep working at no extra charge until every piece works. You don't chase me, you don't pay more — I finish the job.

Who it's for

Triangle service businesses that run on inbound leads.

If new business reaches you by phone call and web inquiry, the same leaks show up — and whoever responds first and follows up best tends to win the work.

  • You're a small service business — roughly 5–15 people
  • Doing about $500k–$1.5M in annual revenue
  • Running Google Ads or Local Services Ads
  • You and your team miss calls while you're with clients
  • You send quotes or proposals with no real follow-up
  • You have a CRM — but it's messy or barely used

A few examples

I focus on professional and local service businesses across the Triangle — the kind of work where a single missed call or slow follow-up quietly hands the job to a competitor.

About

Revenue operations is my day job. The Triangle is my home.

I'm Asa Juhlin — Associate Director of Revenue Operations at a high-growth marketing agency, where I've built performance dashboards across 50+ client accounts, revenue systems and reporting for the CEO and SVP of Revenue, and AI-driven workflows that strip manual work out of the sales cycle.

Earlier in my career I built C-suite and board-level revenue analytics for fast-growing companies right here in the Triangle. I'm a UNC Kenan-Flagler grad, based in Durham.

CHRD is the business I built to bring that same enterprise-grade playbook — scaled down and made dead simple — to local service businesses across Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Durham. The same systems billion-dollar companies use to stop losing revenue, sized and priced for a small team.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Why not just buy the software myself? +
You can — the 60-second text-back is a stock feature in tools like GoHighLevel. But the tool was never the hard part. Configuring it around how you actually win new business, registering for carrier-compliant texting, cleaning your pipeline, and getting your team to adopt it is where most owners stall out. I do all of that for you, you own it at the end, and you deal with one person instead of a support queue.
How much of my time will this take? +
About two hours of meetings — a short audit call up front and a 60–90 minute training at the end. The building, testing, and data cleanup is on me. (On the larger Revenue Systems Build, I may need more access to your existing CRM, but I keep your team's hands-on time minimal.)
Is the automated texting actually legal and compliant? +
Yes — and that's part of why you'd hire me instead of DIY-ing it. Automated business texting falls under A2P 10DLC carrier registration and TCPA consent rules. I handle the registration and consent setup so your messages deliver reliably and you're not exposed to liability. Done wrong, auto-texting gets blocked by carriers or creates real risk; I set it up right.
Do I need to buy expensive software? +
No. I build on tools that fit your size — HubSpot Free, Pipedrive, your existing CRM, or even a well-built Google Sheet. Any small costs (like a CallRail tracking number) are minimal, and I'll lay them all out before we start. I won't push bloated enterprise software onto a small team.
What does the guarantee actually cover? +
Once I have access to your accounts, the clock starts: if your full system isn't up and running within 10 business days, I keep working at no extra charge until every piece works. The clock starts at access — the part I fully control — rather than at things that depend on you, like how fast you get me logins.
Do you have case studies yet? +
Honestly — not for CHRD specifically yet, which is exactly why founding pricing exists. My track record is in the systems I've built professionally (50+ client dashboards and revenue infrastructure at an agency level). My first few Triangle clients get senior-level work at a discount in exchange for being the results I point to next.
What about ongoing support? +
RevOps Stewardship (from $1,500/mo) is the recommended way to keep your system healthy — monitoring, data hygiene, a monthly review, adjustments, and training as you grow. These systems drift over time, so most clients keep it on. It's a recommendation, not a lock-in.

Find out what your missed leads are actually costing you.
